Innatera is taking part in the 4th Munich Neuromorphic Hackathon, taking place at fortiss Headquarters in Munich from 5 to 9 October 2026. Organised by neuroTUM and fortiss in collaboration with OpenHardware, the hackathon brings together Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD students to work on real-world applications of neuromorphic computing.
Together with Sofilab, Innatera is bringing one of this year’s eight challenges: neuromorphic singing voice recognition. Throughout the week, teams will explore how spiking neural networks can process audio in real time with the ultra-low power consumption that always-on edge devices demand. They’ll be guided by expert neuromorphic engineers, including Innatera’s own Dr. Petrut Bogdan.
